Dynamag pallet rack
The Dynamag racking system is characterized by sloping roller conveyors that use gravity for loading and picking up pallets. In this way space and handling time are reduced: the pallets, after being loaded, move automatically and at controlled speed to the opposite end, ready to be picked up. Differently to what happens in Drive In systems, in this case it is the pallet that goes towards the operator and not vice versa.
The rotation of the pallets can follow the FIFO logics, ideal for the storage of materials with a continuous flow, for example fresh products and fast moving consumer goods. Or it can follow the LIFO logic, ideal for the storage of materials with no expiry date.
Drive In racking
Drive In Palletrack is particularly suitable when it is necessary to use the most of the space in the warehouse, both in terms of surface area and height. In fact, the elimination of the aisles between the racks considerably reduces the manoeuvring spaces: the operator places and picks up the pallets by moving with the forklift inside the same storage aisles.
